Fitness has always been a massive part of Qin's life. From spinning to Bikram, she has just about tried every exercise out there. It wasn't until she discovered barre that she really found her passion, and it became the one exercise she continuously came back to.

"Barre chiselled and toned my body like no other exercise before. It lengthened by muscles rather than bulking and also helped me to improve my posture - which was much needed after sitting at a desk for 7 hours a day! I was so amazed by the results that I became rather addicted to the classes! I'm so pleased to be teaching classes now and love to share the benefits with our clients."
