Our bespoke yoga class has been created with the purpose of complementing your barre workouts. We focus on creating openness in those hard to reach areas we work to exhaustion at the barre. You’ll build strength, coordination and flexibility through smooth transitions, deep stretches and breath awareness. Starting with fluid circular patterns, we flow through a sequence of Asanas, layering more challenging movements at each round to allow progress through repetition. This class is open level with modifications to challenge advanced yogis.
