In this session, resistance bands are used to add intensity to SIGNATURE Barrecore moves. By restricting your range of movement, the bands allow you to feel isometric connections more easily and therefore generate a greater muscle burn out, which can then be applied in other classes.
Add a SCULPT class to your workout schedule once a week, alongside SIGNATURE classes and you'll notice even faster change in your body.
