Length of class: 55 minutes

Our BarreHIIT is one of the most challenging classes offered on our timetable, but also one of the quickest ways to get great, lasting results.

Instead of stretching between sets, we add cardio bursts - each with 4 different moves done for 30 seconds and repeated twice. For example one HIIT section may include; 30 seconds high knees, 30 seconds star jumps, 30 seconds jumping lunges, 30 seconds press ups (twice over). There are four HIIT sections in each class - but the good news is they’re over before you know it and they work! Be prepared to sweat.

You must complete three BarreSIGNATURE classes before progressing to this format. It is important that you master the technique before moving onto the next level.

This class is not suitable for pregnant clients.
