Our NEW highly effective, 45-minute BarreSWEAT class is here to boost your fitness with a unique mix of traditional barre movements and low-impact cardio exercises!
This fun yet challenging format is divided into four time-efficient cardio sections - ideal for those looking to raise the intensity of a BarreSIGNATURE class through increased continuous movement and HIIT techniques. These are over before you know it - and they really work!
You'll improve your coordination, increase detoxification as well as decrease your blood pressure and resting heart rate. This means your heart doesn't have to work as hard all of the time, which is beneficial for your entire body.
Add this challenging class to your weekly routine for one of the quickest ways to get great, lasting fitness results and a hit of feel-good endorphins.
You must complete three BarreSIGNATURE classes before progressing to this format. It is important that you master the technique before progressing onto the next level.

Creating your own personalised playlists on Barrecore is easy - to start, simply find a video you like, then click the button that looks like this:
You can name your playlist, add as many videos as you'd like to it, and remove/reorder the videos in your playlist to suit your training needs.
To remove a video from a playlist, simply click the 'x' on the video in the playlist view that you no longer want to watch, and confirm to remove.
To re-order it, just click the left '<' and right '>' arrows of the video in the playlist, to swap it with the video next to it.
You'll find your favourite playlists saved for you once you have signed in.
