What to expect in class

barrecore classes follow a 1-hour format. We begin with a warm-up and 10 minutes of upper body, followed by 25 minutes of leg and seat exercises, 20 minutes of core conditioning and ending with a 5-minute relaxation and stretch for a complete mind and body transformation in just one hour. Sequencing and intensity will vary from section to section to keep it interesting and prevent you from plateauing.

What to bring to class

Socks are required. Special non-slip socks are available for purchase at the studio. We recommend you wear comfortable workout clothes and a bring a bottle of water.

How it works

barrecore is intelligent exercise, integrating the fat-burning format of interval training with static stretches after each major muscle worked. The incredible changes clients see thorough barrecore are the results of working and exhausting all muscle groups and subsequently stretching the muscles for relief. Each 60-minute workout targets all major muscle groups and improves posture and alignment no matter what your fitness level. Class Etiquette

We do not permit mobile phones inside the studio room.  Under extenuating circumstances, your mobile phone may be left at the front desk and we will get you if there is an emergency call.  If you need to place a call or send a message during class, you must leave the studio.

Socks are worn during class.  No bare feet or shoes are permitted inside the studio.

Late Arrivals
For health and safety reasons, clients cannot admitted to class more than 10 minutes into instruction.  Please arrive 5 minutes early to sign in.
