Private Training

Private training sessions are conducted in a private training room using the state-of-the-art Garuda, a single piece apparatus that allows for thousands of movements and limitless possibilities, to make your body the strongest, leanest and most flexible it has ever been. barrecore private training is committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals by creating programmes that are designed specifically for you. barrecore Private Training is focused on creating a slender and lean frame and will not add bulk to your body.

We do things differently

At barrecore we use dance-based resistance training, which is designed to constantly challenge the mind and surprise the body to create a more slender frame. The unique programmes we create use the body’s smaller muscles as the main movers, which cause the larger, prime movers to lengthen. We use an intensive mix of dance-based exercises, stabilization and interval training among other styles in these individual and private sessions.
